What we collect
When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address, plus the contents and status of your orders. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from your Google account. We also record anonymous page view statistics (which pages and products are visited) to understand what customers are interested in.
What we don't collect
Payments are processed entirely by Korapay. Your card numbers, bank details, and mobile money credentials never touch our servers and are never stored by us.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, maintain your account, prevent fraud, and, if you subscribe, send you updates about new arrivals. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Where it lives
Account and order data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, on servers in the European Union. Payment processing happens with Korapay. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember preferences like your display currency. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and its data (subject to records we must keep for completed orders). Email support@trenchclothing.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
