Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Trench Clothing ("we", "us") operates the online store at trenchclothing.com, based in and currently selling to customers in Ghana. You can reach us at support@trenchclothing.com.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm payment and begin processing it. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, a price or listing error occurred, or we suspect fraud; in that case anything you paid for the cancelled part is refunded.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are set in Ghana cedis (GHS) and may be displayed and charged in your local currency using current exchange rates; the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. Payments are processed by Korapay. We never see or store your card or mobile money credentials. Delivery costs, where applicable, are communicated when your order is processed.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please make sure your shipping details are accurate; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.

5. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.
